This wiki Food transition has been developed in order of the Dutch Ministerie van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit within the Leernetwerk Food.
Food transition is made in the wiki-environment of Groen Kennisnet.
The study material can be used by VMBO, MBO and HBO.
