Format:
Each group will prepare a short presentation (~ 10 -15 minutes) about their topic, using literature and various other sources (specified per group). With this presentation each group will explain the key concepts of sequencing, assembly or annotation techniques to the other students. To help identify key concepts, a series of questions is provided for each topic. You can use the answers to these questions in your presentation (i.e. discussing these concepts, not literally answering!).

Group 2 Long-read and 3rd Gen
Group 3 Ordering techniques for whole genome sequences
Group 4 Genome assembly
